Under SB 250 (effective May 9, 2017), Utah has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Utah jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Matlin, health is overseen by Bear River Health Department and fire by Matlin's fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Utah recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with Box Elder County.
